Annual Meeting

Sunday August 30th the Church of the Living Spirit will hold their Annual Meeting at 1:30 P.M. in the Mediums League Building on Library Street, Lily Dale, NY. Elections will be held for the election of two three-year board terms and one one-year term. Any member in good standing interested in seeking a position on the Church Board should contact a current board member. Just a reminder that the Church of the Living Spirit's dues are payable no later than July 1 of the current fiscal year in order to vote.

Letter from the President

Dear Friends of the Church of the Living Spirit

    I hope this letter will reach you all doing well and embracing a wonderful, happy and rewarding season.  This may be my last letter to you as President of the Church of the Living Spirit and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you for allowing me to serve this great community.  We have accomplished so much in a few short years and have grown not only in membership, but in our understanding and re-commitment to this community.  As the remarkable ministers who lead our Ministerial Committee further our horizons for Healing, Mediums and Ministers, the church shows only great promise for the future of itself, Lily Dale and Spiritualism.

    This August there will be three new positions open on the church board and each of these positions hold a great weight of responsibility for the future as the new board will carry forward the efforts and strides made thus far for the foundations and visions that have not only begun, but have proven tremendously valuable to this community.  This is the time when folks with a true commitment and concern for the continued well-being and integrity of this church should consider running and serving.  I promise you it is an honor and a wonderful and challenging growth experience.  Those who cannot run at this time should make sure they attend the annual meeting and vote their conscience for the candidates that most emulate the drive for the good of the entire community and its shared vision.  We need more people with selfless, committed energies who have strived to participate in our efforts to be given an opportunity to serve for the sake of all.  Only you as a whole can decide and I implore you to discern and participate in the process for the greater good of all. 

    Thank you again for all the blessings I have enjoyed and I wish you all a marvelous future in service of spirit.
